What time can I Check-in and Check-out?

All guests can check in from 3pm and check out is 10am prompt (unless other arrangements have been made).

Can I pay a deposit?

Yes you can pay a deposit, we require 50% at time of booking via our website and the remaining balance is due 21 days prior to your arrival where you will receive an email with a payment link attached to make your final payment.

Can I add extra’s after I’ve made a booking?

Yes you can add extra’s after you have made a booking. Simply just give us a ring and we can add them for you. You must give us a weeks notice.

Do you allow dogs?

Yes we have three dog friendly pods – a maximum of two well behaved dogs per pod. (Saddleback View, Bowscale View and Carrock View pods are all dog friendly). Sorry we don’t have any pods with hot tubs that are dog friendly at the moment.

Do you allow group bookings?

Yes we allow group bookings of no more than three pods! No group bookings allowed in the ‘Quiet Pasture’. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum and you must respect other guests that are staying on the site at all times.

Where do we park?

Each pod has it’s own parking space just outside. If you require parking for more than one vehicle, please let us know and we can make arrangements.

Do you offer refunds if we cancel?

No cash refunds will be given. However we are willing to change the date of your booking (only once) with at least two weeks notice (subject to availability and must be redeemed within 12 months of the original booking date). We do strongly advise to take out appropriate travel insurance to ensure your costs are covered if you cannot honour your stay for whatever reason.

Can we bring our own BBQ’s and Fire Pits?

Sorry we DO NOT allow guest’s to bring their own BBQ’s or Fir Pits due to health and safetly reasons. Both BBQ’s and Fir Pits can be purchased as an extra when you book, or you can purchase these on site when you arrive. These are set up outside of your pod by a member of staff in the designated area a safe distance away from your pod (BBQ’s and Fire Pits must not be moved from the designated area).

Do you have cooking facilities inside the pods?

Yes all of our pods have a kitchenette with a two ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a small fridge. Quiet Pasture pods come with a full size oven, hob and fridge freezer.

Do we need to bring bedding and towels?

All bedding and a bale of towels are provided for each guest at no extra cost.

Do we need to bring crockery, cutlery and utensils?

All crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided at no extra cost.

Do we have to clean our pod before we leave.

We ask guests to leave their pod as they find it! Empty their rubbish and recycle in the large bins near the entrance of the Park. Wash up any dishes and leave the pod in a generally good condition. We ask guests to do this before they leave as it is respectful and helps us keep our pods in top condition. Guests that fail to do this will be charged a cleaning fee (which will be taken from the card used to pay for your stay).

WHAT DO WE DO IF WE BREAK OR DAMAGE ANYTHING DURING OUR STAY.

Please report to reception if you break of damage anything during your stay. Guests that fail to do this will be charged for any breakages or damages occurred (which will be taken from the card used to pay for your stay).

Are you open all year?

Yes we are open most of the all year. We close for Christmas, but we are open for New Year!

Do you allow smoking?

Smoking is strictly forbidden in all pods. You can smoke outside your pod as long as all stumps are cleaned up from patio area, gravel and grass areas. Guests that fail to do this will be charged a cleaning fee (which will be taken from the card used to pay for your stay).

Do you allow Gazebo’s

Yes we allow gazebo’s (weather depending – ask at reception). Groups must keep noise levels to a minimum when using a gazebo. Please respect other guests also staying on site!
